PLANT DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION

Compendia offers Owner’s Engineering service by being able to perform the following services for plants under construction:

• • Negotiation support: coaching in the negotiation phase of construction and maintenance contracts
  • Design review: review of design (preliminary and executive) developed by the contractor
  • Project management: planning, management, and coordination of the professionals and suppliers involved in the construction (in case of construction divided into supply lots) or supervision of the General Contractor (in case of construction with turnkey contract).
  • Construction management: monitoring of the progress of works, construction costs recorded in the final balance, verification of the quality of the works carried out, and to the relative compliance with the executive project, coordination of the functional and performance tests planned for the provisional and final acceptance phases of the works.
